Every Cerise plan in plain words: what we do, how often, and the little we need from you. This page follows our Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms and your order form decide.
Your Google page, run for you $199 a month, both plans
Hours, services and photos kept right
- What we do
- We check your Google page: regular hours, holiday hours, services, prices, categories and the details Google shows. Old or blurry photos come off, and the photos you send us go on.
- How often
- A full check in the first five business days of every month. When you tell us about a change, we update it within two business days. New photos go up within five business days of getting them.
- What we need from you
- Tell us about holiday closures, price changes and new services before they happen. Changes to your name, address, phone, main category or hours always wait for your OK.
A post from your shop every week
- What we do
- Four posts a month on your Google page, the short updates people see under your name: a photo of your work, a new service, an hours change, a team note. Written in your voice from a photo you send us.
- How often
- Every week. We send you the post at least two business days before its day and publish it within one business day of your OK.
- What we need from you
- Send at least four photos a month of your work, your space or your team. Say OK to each post, or tell us once that we can post your photos without asking. No photos that month? We tell you and skip the post rather than invent one.
Common questions answered
- What we do
- In the first month we add the five questions customers ask most (parking, walk-ins, prices and the like) to your Google page, with your answers, so they are there before anyone has to ask. Every month we check your page for new questions and answer any we find.
- How often
- Five questions in month one. A check for new questions every month.
- What we need from you
- Your answers to the first five. Later answers use the same facts unless you tell us otherwise.
A monthly page: calls, directions and clicks
- What we do
- One page on the first of each month with the calls, direction requests and website clicks your Google page brought in, next to last month. The numbers come from Google’s own report on your page.
- How often
- On the 1st, or the next business day.
- What we need from you
- Nothing. Keep us added as a helper on your Google page.
Reviews added in the $299 plan
More customers asked for a review
- What we do
- Your counter card and wallet cards carry a code that opens your Google review page, and a short text is saved on your phone to send after a visit. We send fresh card files whenever you run low, and update the text if your details change.
- How often
- Every visit, by you. Card files within two business days of asking.
- What we need from you
- Ask every customer: the card at the counter, and the text after the visit. Only to customers who gave you their number; if anyone says stop, stop.
Every new review answered within a business day
- What we do
- We read every new review and answer it in your words. Four and five stars: we post the reply the same day. Three stars or fewer, or anything about a complaint, safety, a legal threat or a named person: we send you the draft and post only after your OK. Want to see every reply first? Tell us and we will.
- How often
- We check for new reviews every business day by 9:00 AM Pacific. A reply is posted, or the draft sent to you, within one business day of seeing the review.
- What we need from you
- A quick answer when we ask about a review, so the reply is right.
Your reviews next to the shops nearby
- What we do
- A one-page report on the first of each month: your new reviews, your rank among ten nearby shops like yours, your rating and how many reviews got a reply, next to last month. Counted from public Google Maps pages, with the date on it.
- How often
- On the 1st, or the next business day.
- What we need from you
- Nothing.
What we never do
- Buy, write or fake reviews, or ask only happy customers.
- Offer anything in return for a review.
- Promise a number of reviews, a rating or a rank. Google forbids it, and so do we.
- Ask for your Google password. You add us as a helper, and you can remove us any time.
