Services Agreement and Order Form

How this works

We fill in this form with you (by text, email or on the call) and send it to you with the payment link. When you pay through that link, you accept this order form, the Terms of Service, the Pricing, Cancellation and Refunds page, How We Handle Reviews and the Privacy Policy. No signature is needed. Keep a copy; we email you one with your receipt.

2. The plan (one or more)

30-day Review Kickstart, $99, paid once. Card designs included; printing is yours (about $15 to $25). Includes the 14-day set-up promise. Schedule A1 of the Terms.
Reviews This Month, $149 a month (founding rate, first ten shops, kept while you stay) or $199 a month (shops after the tenth). Month to month. Starts only on your yes near day 30. Schedule A2.
Your Google listing, run for you, $199 a month alone. Month to month. Schedule B.
Listing and reviews together, $299 a month. Month to month. Schedules A2 and B.
Social media, done for you, from $499 a month; the price for this shop is written below after our call. Month to month. Eight photo posts a month, no video. Schedule C.

BillingThe Kickstart is charged once at payment. Monthly plans are charged in advance at the start of each monthly period to the card saved with Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. Google Business Profile is a free service from Google; you pay us for our work, not for the listing.

3. What you do

Give us the access in section 4 within three business days of paying, or tell us what is in the way.
Reply to what we send you for approval (card designs, replies, posts) within two business days, or tell us in writing which items we may post without waiting.
For the Kickstart: print the cards, put the counter card where money changes hands, send the after-visit text from your own phone to customers who gave you their number, and give us a time for the visit in the first week.
For Your Google listing and Social media: send at least four photos a month (ten for social), taken by you or with permission, with the consent of anyone shown; tell us about closures, price changes and offers before they happen.
Keep your accounts in good standing with Google and Meta, and follow our review rules: no bought, written, faked, gated or incentivized reviews, followers or engagement.
Make sure every claim you ask us to publish is true and allowed for your trade.

4. What we do, and the access we need

The work in the schedule for each plan you chose, on the timelines written there, with your approvals as written there.
A person at Cerise reads every draft before it reaches you or your accounts, including drafts AI tools helped write. We never post a review, and we never post to your accounts without the approvals in your schedule.
We never ask for a password.

Google Business ProfileYou add our Google account as a Manager (never Owner or Primary owner). We tell you which account by email. You can remove it at any time.

Facebook and InstagramFor the social plan only: you give our Business Portfolio partner access to your Facebook Page and connected Instagram account, limited to content tasks, in Meta Business Suite; or you add us as a collaborator on the Page. You stay admin. You can remove it at any time.

Photos and contentSent by text or email, or a shared folder we set up. They stay yours.

5. Cancelling, ending, refunds

Cancel any time by text, by email to hello@ceriseagency.com, or online through the Stripe billing link in your receipt. No fee, no call, no form. It takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
When it ends we remove ourselves from your accounts within seven business days, send a final report, and delete nothing. The cards, the text, the reports and the posts we made are yours.
Money back: the full $99 if the Kickstart set-up is not live in 14 days; any billing mistake in full; any prepaid time if we cannot start or we end the plan without cause. No prorating otherwise. A review count, rating, rank or reach is never a refund ground. Details on the refunds page.
We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you ask us to break the review rules after we have said no, as the Terms say.

6. Acceptance

By paying through the payment link we send for this order form, the person named in section 1 accepts this order form and the Terms of Service on behalf of the shop, including: no guarantee of reviews, ratings, rankings, reach or revenue (Terms, section 16); the limit on our liability to the fees paid in the prior three months (section 20); the mutual indemnity (section 21); California law, Los Angeles County courts and the 30-day talk-first step, with small claims allowed and no arbitration (section 28). This acceptance is an electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and California’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

If this order form and the Terms disagree on a point, this order form wins for this plan. Nothing on our website that is not in these pages is a promise.
